This bike tour takes you in only 4 bike stages on the Lake Constance Cycle Path through 3 countries: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The starting point is the Austrian festival town of Bregenz<\/strong> with its impressive lake stage and beautiful lakeside promenade. You will sail from Bregenz across the Rhine tributary into the lake. You will visit, if you like, the islands of Reichenau, Mainau and Lindau. You cross the Rhine at Rhine kilometer 0 one more time in Konstanz. From Constance Staad you take the ferry to Meersburg and continue cycling via Friedrichshafen along this wonderfully situated lake in the foothills of the Alps back to Bregenz.<\/p>\n

You will explore the region around the Swabian Sea and \"experience\" the natural and art-historical highlights along your bike route.<\/p>\n

Lake Constance Experiences!<\/h2>\n

You will receive a Lake Constance Experience Package with this bike tour around Lake Constance. The includes a museum admission, a coffee \/ tea & cake - break, an ice cream experience and a wine tasting.<\/p>\n

Accommodation<\/h4>\n

Hotels<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will stay in selected hotels of the 3*** category. All rooms have bathroom, shower and toilet.<\/p>\n

Catering<\/h4>\n

Every day a rich cyclist breakfast buffet is included. If you book the option 'half board', your package includes additionally 3 x 3-course dinner in the hotel or partly outside. The hotels in Bregenz (day 1) and in Friedrichshafen (day 4) do not offer half board.<\/p>\n

The route<\/h4>\n

You will ride mainly on flat and paved bike paths away from car traffic. The 4 daily stages are between 35 and 64 km. In total you will be about 150 km on the bike.<\/p>\n

Robust touring bikes<\/strong> (German quality bikes of the brand Kettler & Schauff): 7 gears with hub gears and coaster brake or 21 gears with derailleur gears and freewheel, comfort saddle, 28 inch with different frame heights, saddle bag rental and 1.5 l mineral water at bike handout in Bregenz.<\/p>\n

If you are taller than 1.90 m or smaller than 1.60 m, we will ask for wheels with a 66 frame or 26 inch wheels for you.<\/p>\n

Own bikes<\/h4>\n

Bringing your own wheels on your at your own risk is possible. For possible damages etc. on the own bike during the whole bike trip as well as during transport trips can not be liable.<\/p>\n

For your own safety, we recommend that you always wear a bicycle helmet on all bicycle tours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Arrival<\/h4>\n

Car \/ Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can park in the public \"Parking lot West\"<\/strong> at the stadium against payment on site. The parking lot is about 15 minutes walk from the center and the Infopoint. Unfortunately, a reservation is not possible. The maximum parking period is 4 days. After this period has expired, it can only be extended via the app. <\/p>\n

Alternatively, please park in the public, central underground car park<\/strong> at the Pf\u00e4nderbahn <\/strong>. For this purpose, please select the option 'parking garage' when booking.<\/p>\n
