Your trip
You want to experience mountains together as a family? Give the children an impression of this grandiose setting to touch, which – perhaps – shapes a lifetime?
Then you are right here: Welcome under the sun of South Tyrol!
Lots of sunshine, hikes past fragrant apple orchards and grapevines, and magnificent views of the high peaks of the Ötztal and Ortler Alps: in South Tyrol, the sun shines more than 300 days a year.
But not only the impressive views of the largest nature park in South Tyrol, but also the many characteristic Waalwege make the hiking trip in South Tyrol a wonderful family tour.
Waalwege, that’s the name of the popular family hiking trails that accompany, without much of a climb, the rivulets that once served to irrigate the fields of South Tyrol and in some cases still do today.
Great fun for children, because the irrigation channels and great watercourses accompany you rushing and gurgling and turn every hike into a fun water game.
But even away from the shady paths, many little adventures await you: via ferratas, swimming lakes, adventure trails and exciting museum visits. The hiking trip South Tyrol for families – a fun hiking vacation for all shoe sizes.
Experience the lakes and mountains, the Adige Valley of South Tyrol: the hospitality and friendliness will delight you!
